Shipping Policy — CalmKeys

At CalmKeys, we work to ensure that your order arrives quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Below are our shipping terms and times.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Once prepared, you will receive an email with the confirmation and the corresponding tracking number.

Delivery Times

Shipments are made through our providers with an average delivery time of 4 to 8 business days within Spain.
These times are approximate and may vary slightly due to external causes such as logistical delays or holidays.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Delays or Losses

If an order is delayed more than 30 business days from its shipment, please contact us, and we will verify the package status with our provider.
In case of confirmed loss, we will process a refund or reshipment as appropriate.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with imperfections, you must report it within 7 days of receipt, sending photos or a video of the item's condition to calmkeys.soporte@gmail.com.
We will cover a full refund once the product is returned.

Returns are not accepted for reasons other than manufacturing defects or damage during transport, such as changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the product.
